Biography

David Benjatschek is a Canadian thought leader and author, speaker, coach in the area of leadership and performance management. He is based in Calgary Alberta. The Building Capacity curriculum he has developed is built on the power of our environment to influence behaviour and results. We are the product of our environment. Your behaviors today have been heavily molded by your past experiences/environments. That is great news for a leader. It means that if you can see what you want 2, 3 or 4 years down the road the environment you build today will be your best friend in helping you realize your vision! Building Capacity workshops deliver leaders the blueprint for building that environment. David has spent the last 15 years empowering over 10,000 leaders across North America and abroad. He is the author of two books: 1. 5 Choices for Effective Leadership 2. Authorenticity: A Pathway to Purpose.

Great content. The Handout needs to be moved so it can be accessed before watching all six videos!
